What was the highlight of OYO Hotel Francabel
It’s very close to the city centre.
It’s very close to the city centre. The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly. 11€ for parking for motorbike is a bit too much but ok,at least it was inside in a garage overnight since it’s impossible to park outside. The bed mattress was perfect, and I’m not joking. This is a bless.
The hotel had better times I can tell. They could give it a bit more love that’s all.

What was the highlight of OYO Hotel Francabel
Old and dirty room. Disappointing.
Bed was comfortable. Staff couldn't have been nicer! Location was good, although Cuenca is so small it's kinda hard not be well located. TV worked and had HDMI connection. They offer toiletries.
Shower head didn't work, had to take a bath instead. Only one bathroom light worked. Room had a funny smell, like an old room which hasn't been opened or aired in a while. Dirty and old room. WiFi only works in the common areas. Price not justified at all.

It was being very cold in the hostel.
It was being very cold in the hostel. They didn't offer more blanket. And the heating just worked for a while. The receptionist said it would start to work in every 30 minutes but in fact that's not true. And it is very noisy, you can hear every sound of the next door.

Nothing.
A terrible experience,the woman on reception seemed to be a racist hating anyone not Spanish, if you don’t want foreigners just say. She was rude,unhelpful,ignorant etc. The WiFi didn’t work,she said no parking but the garage was empty. I can’t be bothered,just avoid,booking.com where even worse and would not help,didn’t return calls etc. I am disabled and was exhausted and close to homeless. I lost a day of my life.
