Le personnel très aimable
Impossible de stationner devant l hôtel pour prendre des renseignements pour rentrer dans le parking Avenue principale de la ville tres bruyante devant l hôtel Labyrinthe de couloirs sombres et viellots. Chambres pas insonnorisées . Lits branlants. Lavabo qui n évacue pas .sèche cheveux qui fait disjoncter la chambre . Climatiseur sur pied qui fait un bruit insupportable . 1 étoile mais pas trois

« Rien de particulier . »
Rien de particulier . La chambre est correcte dans l'ensemble à part le problème climatisation et insonorisation. L'hôtel est central à 3 mn à pied du bus ligne 2 pour partir découvrir la magnifique cité ancienne et sa fabuleuse cathédrale. Donc qualité / prix : bonne. Et prenez votre p déjeuner en face, vous avez le choix.
La climatisation qui n'en était pas une . Donc une chambre mal climatisée. De plus, mauvaise insonorisation : si un enfant pleure , on l'entend vraiment.

« Rien à dire sur la ville de Cuenca. par contre déception pour l'hôtel comme indiqué plus haut! »
Rien à en dire sinon que nous n'étions pas prévenus qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner: nous ne l'avons su que le matin!
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées et l'incident du petit déjeuner.

« pratique et confortable »
très bien situé pour poser la voiture et visiter Cuenca à pieds hotel propre et agréable nombreus restos et commerces à proximité l'office de tourisme est à 10 min à pieds et de très bon conseil (prendre le bus pour monter en haut du village et visiter en redescendant, de point de vue en point de vue)
très beau lobby malheureusement un peu sombre la façade extérieure est peu engageant mais il ne faut pas s'y fier
